One of the (only?) silver linings of 2020 was that we were able to indulge a bit more in our hobbies. While “drinking” may only loosely be considered a hobby, we had some fun nights mixing drinks and trying to replicate that high-end cocktail experience we couldn’t get anymore in our favorite bars.

But something was missing, so we tried our own hand at filling that void by making our own cocktail bitters. We experimented with a LOT of flavors; some great, others not so much.

All that mixing and matching made things a little disorganized. Needing to start keeping track of our home-made concoctions, we dusted off the old :wink: LABELMAKER to help us sort our experiments. And lo and behold, after some trial and error, we had us some bona-fide cocktail bitters!

We still have those bottles laying around, with those labels reminding us of our successes and failures. Ultimately though, each and every one of them was ours. And we hope to make them yours, too.
