Peppermint espresso martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 0.5 oz coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled

  • 3-5 shakes Snowman Sweat bitters

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • 3-4 peppermint candies or candy canes - optional; crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. (Optional) Brush rim of chilled cocktail glass with simple syrup. Place crushed peppermint on a small plate or coaster and turn glass upside down to coat the rim

  2. Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, bitters, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker

  3. Shake vigorously, until frothy

  4. Pour into prepared cocktail glass
