The birds and the bees knees
INGREDIENTS
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz egg white
2-3 drops Spring DewDrops bitters
Lemon peel and lavender, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Add honey syrup, lemon juice, and gin to a cocktail shaker. Carefully separate out the egg white from egg yolk, and add egg white to shaker
Dry shake for 25-30 seconds to froth the egg white. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again
Strain over a tall coupe glass, letting the drink settle. Add a few drops of Spring DewDrops floral bitters to the egg white foam
Garnish with lemon peel and lavender sprig
