What are bitters?
Bitters are high-proof spirits infused with plant matter, like peels, barks, roots, and spices. Because of the intensity of ingredients, a few dashes in a drink are all you need.
Bitters are primarily used to add depth and unique flavoring to drinks. Most commonly they are used in cocktails, but are also delicious in non-alcoholic beverages like club soda.
who we are
Honestly? We’re just a finance guy, a marketing gal, toddler, and baby. We love cocktails (well, not the kids…unless you count the occasional milk & Pedialyte combo), and we love being creative.
